Perfiles Coffee, a producer cooperative was established in 2019 to assist small producers access the specialty coffee market. Perfiles Coffee carries out activities that are crucial to the 242 producer-members, like investments for basic infrastructure needs, including road improvements and establishing local warehouses. Perfiles Coffee has also helped producers with the certification process. This particular community blend comes from producers who cultivate coffee near the city of Jaen, in the Cajamarca region.
